How to manage multiple Gmail accounts efficiently?

I need to send emails from multiple Gmail accounts for work. First problem is it's annoying to constantly switch between accounts. Second problem is that using one browser, you can only handle 10 accounts max. This is extremely inconvenient. How can I get around this limitation?

Browser profiles are one option but they get messy fast when you're managing dozens of accounts. Email clients like Thunderbird can handle multiple accounts in one place, but you lose some of Gmail's features and the interface is clunky. Some people use incognito windows but that's just as tedious as switching accounts normally.

The 10-account limit exists because regular browsers weren't designed for this kind of heavy multi-account usage. Each Gmail session needs its own separate environment to avoid conflicts and triggering security flags. Multi-account browsers are built specifically for this problem. Read more about how to use multiple Gmail accounts with them here https://gologin.com/blog/multiple-gmail-accounts/ . These browsers let you run as many accounts as you need simultaneously without the switching hassle or hitting browser limits.
